Building Concepts Inc. is currently seeking a design intern to assist with creating presentation materials, construction detailing, coordinating construction, and day-to-day operations. Building Concepts Inc. is a design-build company specializing in custom home building in the Fargo-Moorhead area since 1989. We work with our clients throughout the building process, from initial design through construction to create a truly custom home. We are a small family-owned company with an architect and interior designer on staff. The design intern position is part-time (with possibility of full-time employment during summer and school breaks).

Qualifications:

• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite a must
• Revit rendering experience is a plus
• Must be able to multi-task and problem solve
• Must have own vehicle- some in-town travel possible
• Experience with residential design or construction is a plus

Part time hours Mon-Fri, occasional weekends for special events
